We offer the following payment methods: Credit card, Direct bank payment, Cash on delivery and Invoicing with a 10-day payment due date (contract customers only).
Please note that a 40 SEK handling fee is applied to all orders purchased by Cash on delivery and Invoice.
PayEx handles all transactions made with Credit Card or Direct bank payment.
VAT and shipping charges
VAT and shipping charges are always included in our prices. (Only applicable for deliveries within Sweden.)
All orders are delivered by DHL and are normally delivered within 2 to 4 business days. You can choose to have your ordered delivered directly to the address you supply, regardless of your order size.
Orders under 90 kg can also be collected at your nearest DHL delivery point. When your order is available for collection, you will receive a text message on your cell phone.
Orders exceeding 90 kg will always be delivered to the delivery address. DHL will contact you before delivery and agree on a suitable delivery time and day.
NOTE! For your order to be correctly delivered, it is important that you enter all address information, such as the floor number and entry code. If you have a door phone, you need to leave instructions for this, so the driver can enter the building. Please note, that if this information is missing, your order may be returned to sender, which not only means a delivery delay, but also an additional fee of 150 SEK.
Increased flexibility if you pay by credit card or by invoice!
To increase your convenience, orders paid by either credit card or invoice can be left outside your door without receipt or notification. Please note that our orders are not packaged to withstand bad weather. If your order needs to be left outside, we recommend that you choose a sheltered location preferably with a roof where the driver may leave your order.
Withdrawal and returns
As a customer, you are entitled to return the goods within 14 days from delivery day. However, please contact us first, at Magnusson Petfood AB by calling +46 8 582 44 200.
Please note that only unopened and undamaged goods may be returned and that you, the customer, are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Damaged and or defective orders must be claimed within 14 days from delivery date. In the event of damaged and/or defective goods, we will reimburse you by sending replacement goods. If upon delivery you notice that your order has been damaged during shipment, you should immediately notify the shipping company’s representative, and then contact us!
Note that returned items must be in their original packaging as this is a prerequisite for your claim to be approved.
